Most orders ship from our warehouse within 7–15 business days depending on the courier you pick.
Which couriers do you support?
DHL, FedEx, SF Express, Yanwen, and several budget lines. You'll choose once items arrive at our warehouse.
Can I cancel or refund an order?
Yes, up until we've purchased the item from the seller. After that, refunds depend on seller policy.
What happens if the seller doesn't ship?
We refund you in full to your ATHRA wallet and never charge a buy fee on failed purchases.
How is the buy fee calculated?
0% on items from the ATHRA catalogue, flat 5% on external marketplaces (Taobao, Weidian, 1688).
